Data processed: Identity (name-surname), contact (e-mail, telephone, address), membership information, corporate quote/order and current account information (company title, tax number, invoicing details), contents of quote/sample/distributorship applications, cookie preference records and, if you have given consent, analytics usage data.
Purposes of processing and legal grounds: (a) Establishing and performing corporate (B2B) quotes and orders, and managing the current account relationship — establishment/performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c); (b) invoices and statutory records — legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç); (c) providing the membership account and the address, favourites, quote and current account screens — performance of a contract; (d) evaluating B2B quote, sample and distributorship applications — legitimate interest/pre-contractual steps based on your application (Art. 5/2-c, f); (e) commercial electronic messages (newsletter) — explicit consent (İYS approval, Art. 5/1); (f) analytics cookies — explicit consent.
Transfer: Logistics/transport companies (shipment of corporate orders), accountant/financial advisor (legal obligation), and authorised public authorities upon request. As a rule, your personal data is processed within Turkey.
