Quality control in four stages
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming cotton bales tested for fiber length, strength and moisture content.
In-Process Control
Weave density, fabric weight (GSM) and stitch quality randomly measured at every batch.
Final Inspection
Every product goes through color, size and visual defect check. Items below standard are removed.
Laboratory Testing
Color fastness, shrinkage, absorbency and wash durability tested in independent laboratory.
