Article 1 — Scope: No sales or payments are made electronically on this website (nurpaktekstil.com.tr). Individual (consumer) online purchases are made through the store at shop.nurpaktekstil.com.tr; the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Contract presented in that store during ordering apply to these purchases (including the 14-day right of withdrawal). This page sets out the terms for corporate sales.
Article 2 — Parties. SELLER: Nurpak Tekstil (address/tax details as in the KVKK Privacy Notice). BUYER: A merchant, tradesperson or legal entity placing an order on the basis of a quote or proforma invoice.
Article 3 — Corporate (B2B) orders: Wholesale/hotel/distributor orders are concluded upon acceptance of the quote and approval of the proforma invoice. Product, quantity, price, payment (bank transfer/EFT or current account) and delivery schedule are specified in the proforma invoice. These orders are not "consumer transactions" within the scope of TKHK (Turkish Consumer Protection Law); the right of withdrawal provisions do not apply, and the relationship between the parties is subject to TTK (Turkish Commercial Code), the Code of Obligations and, where applicable, the terms of any separately concluded framework agreement. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the warranty provisions on the Returns and Exchanges page remain reserved.
Article 4 — Custom production: Products manufactured specifically for a person/organisation in line with the BUYER's requests (custom logo/embroidered/jacquard branding, custom size or colour production) cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Article 5 — Disputes: Denizli Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over corporate transactions.
