Individual (online) purchases: For orders placed via shop.nurpaktekstil.com.tr, returns, exchanges and the 14-day right of withdrawal are subject to that store's return policy. You can submit your request through the store or to info@nurpaktekstil.com with your order number.
Custom-made products: Products with custom logo/embroidery/jacquard branding and products manufactured in a custom size/colour at your request are made specifically for a person/organisation and are therefore excluded from returns and the right of withdrawal (except for manufacturing defects).
Corporate (B2B) orders: The right of withdrawal does not apply to wholesale, hotel and distributor orders. Manufacturing defect warranty: defects arising from manufacturing are replaced, provided they are reported within 90 days of delivery. Our commitment to colour fastness of grade 4-5 according to ISO 105 and 200+ industrial wash durability for premium lines remains reserved. For batches produced on the basis of an approved sample, conformity with the sample is the reference.
Exchanges: For corporate orders, exchange requests are submitted to your sales representative or to info@nurpaktekstil.com and are carried out subject to stock availability. For defective/incorrect shipments, all shipping costs are borne by the Company.
