Individual online purchases: For orders placed via shop.nurpaktekstil.com.tr, shipping fees, dispatch and delivery times are shown in that store during ordering. Please inspect the package on delivery; do not accept damaged packages and ask the courier to draw up a damage report. If you notice damage after delivery, report it with photos within 24 hours.
Corporate/wholesale orders: The production and delivery schedule is specified in the order confirmation (proforma invoice). Typical delivery times: 1 week for in-stock products; for made-to-order products, 7-14 days to Europe, 10-18 days to the Middle East and 21-35 days to other continents. Export shipments are made under INCOTERMS 2020 terms (EXW, FOB İzmir, CIF, DAP, DDP); customs documents are prepared by us.
Custom production: For orders with custom logo branding, production takes 3-4 weeks after mock-up approval; the lead time is confirmed in the proforma invoice.
